People submitting paper or panel proposals have been sent letters of acceptance by email. If you have not received a letter of acceptance or rejection, to your paper proposal, please contact britfran@hku.hk to inquire about the status of your paper.

Conference Schedule
The conference will have registration and a welcoming talk and reception on 27 May. Formal panels will be on 28 and 29 May. Provisional panel arrangements will be released shortly and posted here.

We have a limited number of additional lodgings at Robert Black College, an on-campus residence, these are at rates below the above-quoted hotel rates, and we will give priority for these rooms to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Registration Fee
The conference registration fee is to be determined. Food vendor quotes are coming in now. Costs will reflect food and drink cost only. I will send out a separate email with details about conference registration, and an opportunity for you to indicate food allergies/preferences shortly.
